BSNL unified Customer Application Form (CAF) format for various BSNL products

India’s most trusted telecom brand Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limtied (BSNL) has modified Customer application form (CAF) using for various BSNL products into customer friendly across India in all telecom circles.
BSNL Competent Authority has noticed that different circles were using different CAF formats for various BSNL products. On observing feedback received from telecom circles that CAF being used was quite lengthy and was not customer friendly.
Now, BSNL has decided to uniform CAF format of single page without changing terms and conditions printed on reverse side of Customer Application Form (CAF).
