BSNL recently announced Free National Roaming for GSM mobile customers from 15th June, 2015 i.e both Postpaid and Prepaid under GSM Mobile services, now extends to CDMA Prepaid customers across the country.
State runs Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced that already running Free National Roaming for GSM mobile customer facility extended to CDMA Prepaid customers across the country under CDMA services.
BSNL Free National Roaming facility is applicable to all CDMA Prepaid customers where they can receive free incoming call while in Roaming i.e CDMA customers anywhere in India.
BSNL released official statement on Free National Roaming to CDMA Prepaid customers to media that, Due to reduction of ceiling roaming charges by TRAI and introduction of free incoming call during roaming by BSNL, Competent Authority has decided to revise CDMA Base plan with immediate effect.
In addition to the above BSNL also reduced SMS charges upto 58 percent. The slashed SMS charges are applicable from Home LSA and in National Roaming.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
