Public Telecommunications Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the rationalization of prepaid recharge plans and stvs which are available in all telecommunications circles in India on various tariff rates according to the technical feasibility and availability.
As per latest information published on BSNL Official website bsnl.co.in, Public telecommunications network in Indi has revised the prepaid mobile recharge plan and stv freebies which offers unlimited data usage as well unlimited voice calls to any network in India to any network with free limited sms facility.
Now, Prepaid customer whoever recharges their account with prepaid mobile recharge plans bsnl will not get Freebies of SMS. It means according to the 43rd Amendment of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India - TRAI instructions and guidelines issued from time to time telecom PSU in India has decided to withdraw the freebies sms loaded in bsnl prepaid recharge plans from 10th November, 2021 under GSM mobile services.

The competent authority of BSNL in its order clarified that freebies of SMS withdrawn from Prepaid Corporate Vouchers (STVs) as listed below.

Revised Prepaid recharge plan voucher of Rs.97, Rs.18, Rs.29, Rs.49, Rs.118, and Plan vouchers of Rs.105 and 108 Freebies SMS facility is withdrawn and prepaid customer won't able to send any type of text message to prepaid numbers in Local/Roaming etc.
However, One plus two i.e (1 + 2) Multiple recharge facility will be withdrawn for STVs 97 and 118 with effect from 10-11-2021.
