Now BSNL Broadband and Landline Customers can register complaints through SMS services

BSNL enabled its SMS support to Landline and Broadband customers for registering complaints.

Most of the Government Service setups are not changed; customers are still to reach Government offices for any complaint or submissions.  

India’s most trusted telecom brand Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has extends its SMS based services to BSNL Landline Customers and BSNL Broadband customers for registering complaints for faulty Landline and Broadband. BSNL enabled provision for customers to register new Landline and Broadband connection without submitting any prior Customer Application Form (CAF) at BSNL outlets.
To avail this service customers have to register their mobile number using USSD code.
The SMS sent in the above formats, reply SMS in the form of acceptance or rejection or errors would be generated. Timely resolution alerts would also be sent to customers.
