Answer: Customers can recover lost / forgotten Eros Now password using the following options: -

• From ErosNow.com, click "Sign In" in the top right corner of the page.
• In the dialog box, click "I forgot my password".
• Enter Your email address for your Eros Now account
• Click "Send Email" and search for an email with a link to reset your password.

Question 2: What happens at the end of the offer period?
Answer: After the validity of the STV offer expires, the customer must recharge again with an eligible BSNL combined STV to use the service. The service does not automatically renew.

Question 3: How can I unsubscribe from Eros Now?
Answer: You cannot cancel your Eros Now membership, which is available for eligible BSNL plans at no additional cost.
