BSNL starts BOSS Portal for Bharat Fiber Broadband plans connection

BSNL launched BOSS portal https://bsnloffers.bsnl.in/ for Bharat Fiber and Broadband customers to offer bundled devices at a Special discounted rate with Free Premium subscription.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched the Online BOSS (Bundled Offer Sale Simplified) portal for Bharat Fiber broadband customers to get bundled devices at a special discounted rate. 

BSNL customers from all over India can use this new web bsnl portal for broadband to make online booking for new connection and purchase embedded devices like Google Nest Mini, Google Nest Hub, etc.

Through BSNL Official web portal bsnl.co.in it is already reported the BSNL BOSS portal to launch on October 24, 2020, and at that time BSNL did not publish the web portal URL. Now BSNL has published the URL (web address ) of the BOSS portal and customers can access the web portal at https://bsnloffers.bsnl.in/. BSNL offers devices bundled together with broadband / FTTH as business promotion and customer loyalty management. 

To facilitate the sale of these devices to the customer together with the possibility to choose the related annual plan, BSNL has launched a new web portal in the name of BOSS (Combined Offer for Simplified Sales) to enable its customer to ease new connection management at the time of providing bharat fiber broadband service across India.

What is the BSNL BOSS portal?

BSNL BOSS full form Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Bundled Offer Sale Simplified portal stands for Simplified Combination Offer Sale. This portal is a simplified one-stop-shop portal for BSNL Broadband / BSNL FTTH / BSNL Landline customers who wish to purchase the included products / devices along with their designated annual plans. Here, a BSNL subscriber can view all bundled products / devices available with the connected annual plan.

How does Online BOSS Portal works?

BSNL subscribers can visit the BOSS Online website to view available device bundle offerings. The subscriber can select the product / device and schedule the required FTTH / broadband / landline number and pay the required advanced annual plan fees + the combined fee online. Once payment is received, the plan change will be initiated in the respective BSNL billing system and the designated messaging partner will ship the device.

What are the main benefits and features of the BSNL BOSS portal are: -

• The customer can choose the included device and learn about its annual plan.
• The customer can select the device and its plan and complete the prepayment and the device will be shipped accordingly.
• The plan change will be affected in the respective CRM.
• The customer can book issue tickets using the claim booking.
• The technical assistance service is provided free of charge.
• This portal provides a sales channel for suppliers, affiliates and employees.
• The user can view the device and find out which annual plan it is included with. If interested in a device, the user can add the product to the cart and can proceed to prepay the amount of the annual plan.

If broadband customers wish to purchase this product, click to press the continue button for next. After clicking Continue button, you will may get the following screen as show in the image below.

You can purchase a specific product after you have met the plan's eligibility criteria and verified your landline. On the screen above, enter the Bharat Fixed Line / Broadband / Fiber (FTTH) number and click GET OTP. You will receive OTP on the mobile number registered with this Bharat Fixed Line / Broadband / Fiber (FTTH) number. 

For mobile verification Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on your mobile and click to Verify. Once the OTP verification is successful, the following screen will appear. The existing plan for the landline number entered and the proposed plan to include the device will be displayed.

When you select the proposed plan, you will get details such as the plan name, annual fixed charges, package rate, GST and total cost of the plan along with discount. 

Important Note: You can select the annual plan for 13 months (1 year + one month of free service). 

When you click the Continue button, the portal will ask you to log in. If you have already registered on this portal through registration, you can use those credentials. If you don't have a username and password, you can log in with your Google account or Facebook account.

 After successful login, the following screen will appear. Note two important things about this screen.
1) Transaction details and shipping address 2) Delivery method

Shipping address: Here Indicates that the device will be delivered to the address mentioned as below at the time of registration for shipping of products to the entered address. This registered address can also be maintained using the link to the address panel which will be explained later for further purchase or to provide the any related services.

 Delivery method: in this screen you have the option to select Delivery method as
1) By courier
2) Verify that the Affiliate / Employee has the Device and is ready to deliver it after successful payment.
Delivery of the product by the BSNL affiliate or the BSNL employee
If the BSNL employee or BSNL affiliate is at hand with the previously selected device, you must select option (b) and enter the BSNL employee or BSNL affiliate mobile number and confirm it.

Otherwise, select the courier delivery method and click on the confirm button. After confirmation in the above screenshot, the transaction ID will be created in the portal as shown below. This transaction ID will be used for future reference. After creating the transaction ID, click Go to payment.

By clicking the payment button, you will be redirected to secure encrypted payment processing. You can use credit card / debit card / online banking / UPI / Wallet according to your choice to the pay the billed amount (including taxes and delivery charges). After a successful payment, a receipt will be generated and print or bsnl portal download displayed invoice with details of the payment status.

Here another option also available to customers where registered user can know previous transaction and can be tracked using Track Order Link forwarded to registered mobile number or email ID.

How to Book complaint related to BSNL Boss Online transactions?

How to Track BSNL Boss complaint registered online?

Here select your type of complaint its enter details to register your complaint online. After submitting this complaint, you can follow up on your bsnl portal complaint status using the Complaint Track. The status of the claim will be displayed as shown below. BSNL also published bsnl portal complaint number for broadband connection for quick and easy restoring faults.

Currently, BSNL customers can take advantage of Google's bundle offer: Google Nest Mini / Google Nest Hub via the BSNL BOSS portal. 

BSNL FTTH / Broadband customers can purchase Google Nest Mini / Google Nest Hub smart devices at a discounted price by taking advantage of BSNL's annual FTTH / Broadband plans. BSNL will use the same portal to host all upcoming device bundle offerings for its Bharat Fiber (FTTH) and Broadband customers across India.
