Under Rationalization of SMS tariff plans of BSNL Bulk Push SMS of promotional and transactional slab rates are revised on PAN India basis @ www.ucc-bsnl.co.in.
Public Telecommunications Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced the revision of the bsnl sms pricing plans and slabs for the Bulk Push SMS service.
Based on the most recent information, from bsnl official website bsnl.co.in the revised plans are applicable to both transactional and promotional SMS services.
The latest revision increased the tariff rate of SMS to BSNL numbers, while the tariff rate for non-BSNL numbers remains unchanged. BSNL has even reduced the SMS rate no non-BSNL numbers for customers who opt for a monthly SMS plan of over 80 crore and above.
The revised rate for BSNL Bulk Push SMS is applicable starting December 1st, 2020 in all telecommunications circles.

Terms and conditions for Bulk push SMS are all will remain the same.This tariff will be implemented from 01-12-2020 on the basis of the PAN India.
BSNL bulk SMS push service
The BSNL Bulk SMS service provides a simple and intuitive way to send collective and individual messages at affordable prices. This service includes the ability to send both transactional and promotional SMS. Customers can send transactional and promotional SMS via the BSNL API / web portal. Customers with a telemarketing registration can use promotional SMS.

BSNL's bulk SMS service is extremely useful for educational institutions, Real estate companies, Banking / Financial institutions, Hospitals, Small and medium sized business units, etc. to send SMS to your customers. SMS can contain transactional or promotional content.
How to subscribe to BSNL Bulk Push SMS service?
According to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India, the TRAI guidelines named TCCCPR 2018, all business entities wishing to send commercial communications to their customers, are required to register as a lead entity mandatorily on the BSNL DLT portal - https://www.ucc-bsnl.co.in/.
All headers / SMS sender IDs / numbers of the SMS senders from which they wish to send business communications along with the call and SMS content templates must also be recorded. Commercial communication without registration and not using the headings assigned to them may violate the provisions of the TRAI.
After registering with BSNL's DLT portal, customers who wish to take advantage of BSNL's bulk SMS service can contact the business unit in their nearest BSNL business area for further processing.
