Extra Prepaid BSNL 1999 plan benefits offer for those customers who recharge plan voucher from 1st January 2021.

Public Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the rationalization of prepaid services which is offering bundling content with plan voucher PV 1999 with effect from 1st January 2021 onwards on PAN India basis.

As per the latest information published on bsnl official website bsnl.co.in, BSNL prepaid mobile customers Recharging with plan voucher PV 1999 (Check latest BSNL Prepaid offers) may enjoy unlimited entertainment content from Eros Now for the entire validity period of 365 days. 

At present, BSNL offers Eros Now content for the first 60 days and Lokdhun Content (BSNL TV App) for 365 days in BSNL prepaid plan 1999.

** BSNL prepaid plan 1999 details: BSNL offering Unlimited free voice calls in home circle and while in national roaming including Delhi / Mumbai MTNL network area {The FUP condition of "Customer using more than 250minutes outgoing minutes [(Local + STD + outgoing roaming)(On-net/off-net) as per Unlimited recharge benefits] in a day will be charged at base plan tariff, after consumption of 250minutes for the rest of the day till midnight 0.00hrs}. 

Q: One of our bsnl customer asked us that why bsnl is charging and deducting of Rs.2.00 per call for Toll free numbers which are free to dial.

Answer: Customer should note that "The voice free benefits (free unlimited voice calls @ 250 minutes per day) under this voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls to premium numbers i.e, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same". 

Q: For purpose this plan voucher 1999 of prepaid is applicable and used.

Answer: This voucher is intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to discontinue service immediately in case of misuse / fraudulent use / unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Un-utilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.

Q: # What are the charges applicable for the Local/National roaming SMS or any terms conditions? 

Answer: The Free SMS/day will be applicable in home and national roaming including MTNL network roaming area of Delhi and Mumbai. The SMS benefits (if any) under this voucher cannot be used for outgoing SMS to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.

How can I access EROS NOW content included with BSNL Recharge plan 1999?

Soon after activation of BSNL Prepaid Plan ₹1999, customer will receive an SMS that will contain a URL for downloading the application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The SMS also contains the username and a unique password for customers to login to the application. Open the EROS NOW app and login with your username and password to enjoy unlimited entertainment absolutely free.

• Enter the email you use for your Eros Now account.

Q: What happens at the end of the offer period?
Answer: After the STV offer expires, the customer must top up again with an eligible combined STV BSNL to use the service. The service does not automatically renew.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from Eros Now?
Answer: You cannot cancel your Eros Now membership, which is available for eligible BSNL plans at no additional cost.

Q: I can't log in at all. What do I have to do?
